Lowe’s to open first outlet shop in Texas

Lowe’s announced that it might open its first outlet shop in Texas this 12 months to promote “scratch-and-dent appliances” at a discount to its regular retail expenses. The domestic development chain opened its first ever outlet in Monrovia, CA, in 2019.
